Refund policy

Returns + Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy for defective or damaged pieces. For an exchange we’ll ask that you mail back the original piece so we can learn from our mistakes.

To complete your return, please contact info@witchwife.design and include your order number in the title of the email.

We do not offer refunds on test and misprint items.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you’ve requested a refund, once we’ve gone over any return or exchange steps and determined next steps, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be added back to your account.
